  • If you’re an animal lover and you’re in Mumbai, take some time on Sunday to attend a gathering organized by Welfare of Stray Dogs:

    “Animal lovers and concerned citizens have organized a gathering in support of stray dogs and the sterilization programme on Sunday, April 15, 2007 at 4:30 pm at Lakshmi Nappoo Garden, Opposite Matunga station.(CR). It is time to show that we care by attending this gathering in large numbers.

    1. If you are coming by train, alight at the Matunga (CR) station. When you come out of the station near the Udipi Ram Nayak hotel, cross the main road and take the lane directly opposite. It leads to the Lakshmi Nappoo Ground.

    2. If you are coming by bus, you will have to get down at the Kapole Niwas stop on the main Matunga-Dadar road, and head inside towards Matunga station.”
